Gyeonggi Province will continue to make every effort to protect human health and the future of the environment from air pollution. We will also faithfully fulfill our international cooperation obligations.

The Clean Air International Forum (CAIF) is yearly held by Gyeonggi Province, celebrating the International Day of Clean Air for blue skies (7th September every year) designated by the United Nations.

Now, the CAIF is in its sixth year and brings the theme ‘Invest in #CleanAirNow.’ More than 30 domestic and international speakers from around 10 countries in the Asia-Pacific region will share their experiences and knowledge. Especially, the CAIF 2024 also handles the sub-theme of ‘Air Pollution and Human Risk Reduction.’ The forum will be a valuable opportunity to share various policy suggestions and new technology applications to improve air pollution, and to explore the ways to solve the challenges and problems through international cooperation.

We look forward to making meaningful progress toward addressing the borderless nature of air pollution, and it would be much appreciated if you could attend the CAIF 2024 held from 5th September to 6th September 2024, and add your voice to help protect the environment, supplying our planet with fresh air.
